Who Prequalification Requirements

The prequalification process takes at least three months if the product meets all the required standards. If the products do not meet the appropriate standards, the process may take longer and if the manufacturer cannot prove the quality, safety and efficacy of his drug, he will not be pre-qualified. Inclusion in the list does not mean that a product`s prequalified status will last forever. All drugs are requalified after three years or earlier if necessary. WHO also conducts random quality control testing of prequalified medicines supplied to countries. Each of the prequalification forms lists the definitions of the companies considered affiliated. All existing affiliates, whether pre-qualified or not, must be disclosed upon prequalification. UHC is required to pre-qualify potential bidders for any major capital expenditure project managed by the Board of Directors, regardless of funding. For at-risk cm, collaborative design-build and design-build projects, it is mandatory for the construction manager (CM) or design builder (DB) to prequalify their main trades (mechanical engineering, electrical, plumbing or other trades whose contract value is five percent (5%) of total construction costs) or more). The CM and DB manage the prequalification and keep the trustees involved by providing them with lists of qualified business contractors. The principles for assessing the quality of solid-dose combination preparations are the same as those of the European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products (EMEA) and the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). In other words, the prequalification assessment team evaluates the required data, including in vivo bioequivalence tests performed by manufacturers.

The solid-dose combination drug is tested against individual drugs taken together in the same dose as in the solid-dose combination pill. Prequalification was originally intended to give United Nations procurement agencies such as UNICEF the choice of a range of quality medicines. Over time, the growing list of products (i.e., drugs) that meet established requirements is seen as a useful tool for anyone buying drugs in bulk, including the countries themselves and other organizations. For example, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria provides money for drugs that have been prequalified by the WHO process. Campus will not provide tender forms to a bidder who is required to submit the prequalification request online and who has not submitted and has been prequalified at least one day before the date set for the public opening of sealed bids. The campus is responsible for including system-wide financial prequalification and any project-specific or technical prequalification requirements in the project tender. .
